G-Vision International (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated in Bermuda in February 1992 and is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in October 1992 under Stock Code 657. The Company was formerly known as City Chiu Chow (Holdings) Limited before adopting its current name in October 2000.
The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) are engaged primarily in operating a Chinese banquet restaurant in Hong Kong under the “City Chiu Chow” brand, renowned for its authentic Chiu Chow cuisine. Since late 2019, the Group has also expanded into property development in Australia, broadening its business portfolio.

Restaurant Operations
The Group began operating Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong in 1984, specializing in authentic Chiu Chow cuisine. Among the various Chinese and international cuisines available in Hong Kong, Chiu Chow cuisine has enjoyed steady growth in popularity since the early 1980s. Its appeal lies in its distinctive culinary traditions originating from the Chiu Chow region in eastern Guangdong Province, China. Characterized by delicate flavors and refined cooking techniques, Chiu Chow cuisine offers a unique dining experience that suits the tastes of many Hong Kong diners.
While many of the ingredients used in Chiu Chow dishes are similar to those found in other Chinese cuisines, the style’s signature preparation methods and presentation create a distinctive culinary experience for both local and overseas patrons.










The Group currently operates one banquet restaurant in Hong Kong under the “City Chiu Chow” brand, continuing to uphold its long-established reputation for quality and authenticity:
Property Development




In late 2019, the Group launched its property development project, a low-rise apartment block featuring 26 residential apartments and communal facilities, located in Camden, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
These apartments are designed for eligible retirees aged 55 or above who have retired from full-time employment. With Australia’s ageing population and rising demand in the retirement living sector, the project enjoys optimistic prospects. The Group plans to pursue further opportunities in this market.
